Order Handling
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received.
- No processing on weekends or Malaysian public holidays.
- During high-volume sales periods or stock shortages, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified by email in case of delay.
Shipping Confirmation
- Customers will receive an email with a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.
- Tracking can be done directly with the courier using the provided number.
Domestic Delivery (Malaysia)
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days, depending on location.
- Final shipping fees are shown at checkout.
- Remote or rural destinations may require additional time or charges.
International Delivery
- Worldwide shipping available via trusted courier services.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 working days, subject to destination, courier performance, and customs clearance.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Import duties, taxes, and other local surcharges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.
Delivery Address
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate addresses.
- VBR THIVIAS TRADING is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
- Additional costs due to re-delivery requests will be borne by the customer.
Failed Deliveries
- If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at their branch.
- Any storage, redelivery, or return fees incurred are the customer’s responsibility.
Parcel Risks & Claims
- Once parcels are handed to the courier, VBR THIVIAS TRADING is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss during transit.
- Customers must report damaged or missing parcels within 7 days of delivery to vbr-thivias@outlook.com
- Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
